RESERVATION POLICY
1.
ALL RESERVATIONS REQUIRE THAT THE
FIRST NIGHT BE PREPAID ON CREDIT CARD AT THE TIME THE RESERVATION IS MADE.
WE WILL PROCESS YOUR CARD TODAY.
2.
THERE IS A $20.00
SERVICE CHARGE FOR ANY CANCELLATION. TO
RECEIVE THE REMAINDER OF THE DEPOSIT BACK, CANCELLATION MUST REACH OUR OFFICE AT
LEAST TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE OR WE WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT.
IF YOUR RESERVATION IS FOR ARRIVAL LESS THAN TWO WEEKS AWAY AT THE TIME
YOU MAKE THE RESERVATION, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL WE MUST
KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. PLEASE
ALLOW TWO WEEKS FOR ANY REFUND.

WE HAVE A
TWO NIGHT MINIMUM WHICH ALL PRINTED RATES ARE BASED ON. THERE IS A
THREE NIGHT MINIMUM ON HOLIDAYS
- A FOUR NITE MINIMUM IN OUR HARBOR NORTH AND LODGE COTTAGES OVER THANKSGIVING. IF
YOU CANCEL ONE OF YOUR NIGHTS AFTER MAKING YOUR RESERVATION, OR LEAVE EARLY, YOU
WILL STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF NIGHTS.

THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $10.00
PER PERSON FOR EXTRA PEOPLE IN YOUR PARTY, AS QUOTED BY THE RESERVATIONIST.
IN ADDITION THE HARBOR EAST P.O.A. LIMITS THE NUMBER OF PERSONS PER UNIT
BY TWO PER BED.
CHILDREN TWELVE AND UNDER ARE AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

PETS
ARE WELCOME IN MOST UNITS, BUT SOME UNITS ARE RESTRICTED.
THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $17.50
PER NIGHT.

GUEST ROOMS ONLY. ALL
OF OUR UNITS AT THE LODGE ARE NON SMOKING.

WE’RE SORRY, BUT YOU CANNOT PARK
BOATS OR TRAILERS IN FRONT OF YOUR CONDOMINIUM!
THE ROAD IS NARROW AND PARKING IS VERY LIMITED AND PROHIBITED BY THE
P.O.A.. YOU WILL NEED TO RENT A SLIP
OR PARK IN THE OVERFLOW PARKING CONVENIENTLY LOCATED NEAR YOUR UNIT.

EACH CONDOMINIUM HAS TWO PARKING
PLACES IN FRONT. PLEASE CHECK WITH
RECEPTION FOR SPECIFIC PARKING INSTRUCTIONS.

WE
CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC CONDOMINIUM
(BUT WE WILL GUARANTEE NOT TO RENT IT OUT FROM UNDER YOU!)
BECAUSE THE UNITS ARE PRIVATELY OWNED AND UNDER CONTRACT WITH US, NOT ALL
UNITS MAY BE AVAILABLE. IN THE EVENT
THAT THE UNIT YOU REQUESTED IS NOT AVAILABLE WE WILL RELOCATE TO THE UNIT WHICH
MOST CLOSELY MATCHES YOUR ORIGINAL REQUEST AND CONTACT YOU.
