• Mountain Harbor requires the first night be prepaid by credit card at the time reservation is made
• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.  There is a $20.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations.
• Reservation deposits made within the 14 day cancellation period will be non-refundable

• We have a two night minimum on weekends, a three night holiday minimum (Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day) and a four night minimum on Thanksgiving in our Harbor North cottages and our Lodge cottages.  In some cases a one night stay may be available where one of the nights is already rented.  Please call us at 870-867-2191 to see if this is possible.
